I believe every person has the ability to heal themselves. At Moon Fire Breath & Yoga, I provide the guidance and support to practice these skills in a safe space. My intention is to hold space and create a calm, relaxing, and healing experience for all through Yoga, Breath Work, Sound Healing and Meditation. Wellness Day Retreat are available upon request.
There are many traditional yogic paths that facilitate connection to the highest truth and awaken our own consciousness. Each path specializes in its own technique and methods to awaken greater awareness and connection to self and life. Yoga practices include posture, breathing,control of subtle forces, cleansing the body-mind, visualizations, chanting of mantras, and many forms of meditation.
Yoga
Pranayama (breathwork) is an ancient breath technique that originates from yogic practices in India. It involves controlling your breath in different styles and lengths. The conscious, controlled breath aids in relaxation, meditation, and other therapeutic purposes.

Sound healing is a form of healing that uses different vibrations of instruments to heal the body, mind, and spirit. It works on two principles. Different emotions vibrate at different levels, and that blocked or unexpressed emotions, are the main source of dis-ease. "Everything in life is a vibration"

MoonFire Breath and Yoga Day Retreats offer a day of pure mindful practices to rejuvenate your body and soul. Begin the morning with a meditation and yoga practice followed by a healing breath and sound journey. We will end the day with a beautiful space to integrate our experience and nourish our bodies with fresh juices and foods. I can’t want for you to join me on this journey. Aerial Yoga
Join Tracy at Legacy Pilates for a relaxing, balancing yoga class and cocooning in the aerial hammocks. Rejuvenate with Crystal Bowls to balance energy throughout the body and mind using vibration and sound! It will leave you feeling in ways you may not have thought possible. Only $35. Hot Power Fusion Yoga
A class which combines hot yoga and vinyasa power yoga. Set to music, postures will be held longer through this slower pace class. It combines a series of postures to open the shoulders, hips and spine as well as strengthening core and upper body. Find class schedule at Melt Yoga

Level: Beginner Friendly

Slow Flow Yoga
This vinyasa yoga class allows yogis to increase their strength and core as they practice proper posture alignment, flowing through sequences and building heat from within by connecting breath to movement. Set to motivating music. Find this class at Melt Yoga here.

Yoga & Sound
Offered at the Women's Center for Advancement - Trauma-informed yoga and sound aims to provide survivors a safe place to reconnect with their thoughts and body and find internal healing from trauma. The class focuses on gentle movements, breathing exercises and meditation (rather than a muscle-building or cardio workout). These are held the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month at 5:30 P.M. Mindfulness Meditation
Join us at the Flatwater Collective for a community meditation session every Sunday at 4:00 P.M.. We will begin with a bit of instruction before turning to a longer silent or lightly guided meditation. Sunday offerings are always FREE. Come as you are, all are welcome!

ABOUT
I have spent the last twenty five years in healthcare. With that knowledge, I understand overall health, fitness, and body awareness.

I began practicing yoga in 2019 to regain clarity in life and restore my health from the inside out. It was yoga that sparked the fire of transformation within and as a desire to deepen my practice. I completed my yoga teacher training in 2021 with One Tree Yoga.
It is now my passion to teach and share the gift of yoga with others. My teaching style is inclusive for all, with a goal of creating a safe space that allows each student to show up exactly as they are and where they are. I want to promote space for self discovery and encouragement to grow both physically and spiritually. My desire is teaching others to conquer their inner chaos and boldly step into the healthiest, most fulfilled version of themselves. True freedom lies in having the awareness and becoming the observer of our own thoughts, ultimately gifting us the power of choice to navigate each day with conscious appreciation.
